In life when something stressful happens or things don’t go the way we wanted them to go.

It can have such an adverse effect on the rest of our day.. week..etc

At that moment when you are gonna lose your rag or negativity creeps in, the moment you take a deep breath to let rip..

Practise the pause hold on to that breath for a second... breath the emotional response away and try and remain calm.

When I am at this point try and become mindful of my situation, I take a deep breath..

Pause...

In that split second your decision making could change dramatically.

When you react from a calm place, your mind has time to judge the situation better.

The more I take a breath just before reacting the more it becomes so natural to practice the pause, which allows you to achieve better results moving forward.

Even if something unexpected has happen to change my plans.

I can speak from experience that this 100% works for me.

I have 4 children under 10, My husband works away with no fixed routine and my 5 years old is type1 diabetic.

My plans can change on a daily basis, so I learn to go with the flow.

practice the pause

Trust me it helps.
